FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We ship once per month, between the 23rd – 26th. Sign up before the 18th to get the current month’s MotorCrate! All orders processed on or after the 18th will ship the following month. Subscriptions are automatically renewed on the 10th of the month once your pre paid MotorCrate has arrived.

Due to us being a small team we cannot offer phone support at the moment, but rest assured we are very quick at responding to emails.
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with MotorCrate you are free to cancel (or pause) your subscription anytime. You can do this by logging into your account at the very top of our webpage and clicking 'Manage Subscriptions'. If you have not set up your account please look for an email we would have sent you when first setting up your subscription for instructions.
If you have any issues at all with this process simply email us on hello@motorcrate.co.uk and we will resolve this for you quickly.
Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund on MotorCrates that have already been shipped. If anything inside your MotorCrate is damaged we urge you to email us. We will rectify this.
