Your first order will be charged immediately and shipped within 3-5 working days.

Following that, all subscriptions are charged on the 1st of each month and shipped in the last week of each month.

In each months Motorcrate subscription you will receive the following;

1 Full Size Product, 2-3 Sample Products, 2 Accessories, 1 Air Freshener and maybe a few goodies too!

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with Motorcrate car detailing subscription you are free to pause, skip or cancel at any time. Simply login to your account and manage it through the your subscription portal.

Due to us being a small team we cannot offer phone support at the moment, but rest assured we are very quick at responding to emails and on the live chat.

If your subscription Motorcrate is missing or damaged, please contact us. A member of our team will be in touch as soon as possible to help resolve any issues.

Please note, we cannot offer any refunds on subscription orders that have been charged as they will have already been processed for shipment. Your cancellation will take affect the following month.
