WHEN WILL MY SUBSCRIPTION BE SHIPPED & BILLED?

For new customers, we ship your first box out straight away, then following this your next box will be shipped on the 23rd-26th of the following month, with the existing subscribers.

Subscription billing will be renewed on the 1st of every month.

HOW DO I CONTACT MOTORCRATE?

If you have any questions or concerns you can contact us via hello@motorcrate.co.uk.

Due to us being a small team we cannot offer phone support at the moment, but rest assured we are very quick at responding to emails.

HOW DO I CANCEL/RETURN MY CRATE?

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with MotorCrate you are free to cancel (or pause) your subscription anytime. You can do this by logging into your account at the very top of our webpage and clicking 'Manage Subscriptions'. If you have not set up your account please look for an email we would have sent you when first setting up your subscription for instructions.

If you have any issues at all with this process simply email us on hello@motorcrate.co.uk and we will resolve this for you quickly.

Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund on MotorCrates that have already been shipped. If anything inside your MotorCrate is damaged we urge you to email us. We will rectify this.
